Pilates

Pilates is a method of exercise and physical movement designed to stretch, strengthen and balance the body. The systemic practice of specific exercises is coupled with focused breathing techniques to aid correct posture, balance and core strength. Additionally, Pilates may also improve joint health and function. Here at Bodyfactor, Pilates is an adjunct to physical therapy, osteopathic techniques, rehab and sports training. The classes are currently run on a 1:1 basis or as a class and this can vary from beginners to the experienced.
